To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Return Process

Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

You must ship the item back within 5 days after receiving return approval.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow the return process after receiving the item.
